Weapon Grasp Point

Can anyone tell me where I would find that? It's the position where the hands of the player take the grasp points of the weapon. For more comprehension:

Tell me I'm wrong, if this is part of a cinematic.
P.S.: Don't take the all the cover up wrong, I'm just making sure I'm being understood.

i think it is possible but u will need to do some xml editing try messing arounnd with xml

Seat possitioning exist, so it wouldn't be hard to do it with this...

Then my second guess is what would it contain? The position on the gun (e.g. x,y,z)?
