VB: How do you read/edit memory?

I'm making a program for the halo Dedicated Server.

I already found the addresses using Tsearch. But now I want to make a program in visual basic that can read/edit the value in some addresses (like the value of 4029CF90).

If someone knows a good tutorial on how to learn this, can you please give me a link. Or maybe someone knows the actual code to do this?
