HMT v2 wont open

Hey sorry for the spamming tonight (4th topic in like 4 hours or something lol) its my first night. So when i goto open HMT it says that the framework or something cant be initialized, a .dll cant be loaded or something.. anyone else get this error? what do i need to do?

Go to www.microsoft.com and install the .net framework

use hmt ver 3...

yea HMT3 and just do a windows update, trying to search for anything on www.microsoft.com is a pain.

Anyone know where to get HMT 3? I went to the d/l section and all I can find is HMT v2.
