gbxmoled Tags in gmax?

I did search thouroghly before I asked this queston, so I apologize if I merley missed it.
Is there a way to get the .gbxmodel tags into gmax? Even if there is no direct way, info on converters would be much apreciated.
I've downloaded that Chimp program, Max2Obj.dle and Obj2Max.dle, but those last two scripts fail to initialize.
I'm terribly confused, any I'd be grateful for any help whatso ever.
