wat's a good prog for making/editing sounds?

well. i searched and i couldn't find anything. my friend did this post for me while i was playing halo xbox at his house. i didn't say to him to say that i didn't want to search. do u now a prog? u r making zanibar so i figured u would.

inkjet, u lazy tard... there are more places than this to look, and i DO NOT BELIEVE u got no results... the halomods database is HUGE search again.

there are alot of places to look for terms like "sound editing" try google for example

(hint: frooty loops, cool edit pro, nero wav editor, etc etc)
