finishing a map in the command promt

usually i woudent post something like this to clog up a fourm but im one step away from making maps. so, the tutorial of making halo maps says to scroll down to the halo ce folder in the command promt. can someone tell me how to do that? myn seems to be defaulted at documents and settings... thx!

type "cd c:\..." cd means change directory, then just type in the location of the Halo CE folder
