HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hi, I am trying to export a file as JMS, but it said it does not know how to export it. I am using a 30 day trial for 3Ds Max 6. I downloaded the Blitzkrieg max 6 exporter, and put it in the plugins part of 3Ds Max. It still give the same message. So I put it in the windows system 32 folder, but it still does the same thing.
And now when I start it up, it says "DLL <c:\3dsmax6\plugins\Blitzkrieg.dle> failed to initialize. Error code 126 - The specified module could not be found.

Can some1 help me?

Did you copy the four DLL's in the compressed zip or rar file you downloaded to the windows\system32 folder?

In the stdplugins folder I pasted the four files: msvcp71.d.dll, msvcp71d.dll, msvcr71.d.dll, and msvcr71d.dll. I also pasted them in my Windows/System32 folder. Still the same problem.
