STL check

ok, i now how to do an STL check, but what do i do once it highlights faces or edges for me? how do i fix something like that? what do the errors mean? why type of problems do errors cause?(besides fuckups)

well lots of the errors will make it so you can't convert the JMS to a .scenario, so they are very important. Use the radio buttons to go from open edges etc. and look at all the different cartagories of errors and it will only highlight errors of that type, this will help you work out what to do with each erroneous face. Eg. if its an open edge, this could mean you have deleted a face without resealing the object, or it could mean any faces you created could have been done the wrong way round etc.

You sure STL check catches most errors? I've done a STL chack and still after running the jms through tool.exe - it's complained about open edges etc....

Am I doing something wrong?
