anyone good with edges?

my maps ready, and done but i have one open edge that i cannot fix. can anyone help?

I almost have the same problem, except tool gives me several "couldnt update edge" errors. I tried fixing em, but i had no luck.
Wth, you supposed to do to fix them?

If on modeling I would be glad to fix it.
I was requested for some models too.
