I need help fixing these errors that tool gave me.

I keep gettting 3 degenerate triangles, but have no idea where they are or how to fix them.

I also keep getting about 12 couldnt update edge # errors.

Ive read the tutorial but they dont really help me out, or i jsut dont know what to do. Ive checked the wrl and have tried detaching or attaching stuf together, but i had no luck.

Can anybody help me?
