photoshop prob!!!!

ok well i have halo xbox and i wanna skin. i have photoshop and i know i have to get the .dds plugin. ive got that aswell. 1 problom. i just dont know how to atach it to photo shop. if any1 can gimme a quick tut. thatll be great. thanx
