Edit: Make sure your JMS file is in
instead of the tags folder

I made the whole environment in the tags and the data folders
Because I didn't know what one to use for sure, but it turns out that neither are working

The vg directory has to be in the data folder, and it should read, "tool structure levels\test\vg vg", if you set up the directory like in the tutorial.
