wrong size

when i inject the new texture ofr the rocket warthog,
it says that the file size has increased, which makes since, but how do i change the update the max file size?
if i truncuate it it shows up really messed up-nothing like the skin, and if i dont it shows up almost the same but w/out visible seats
how do i do this?
