im sure someone would tell you to search for it, but im feeling nice today.

get the photoshop trial then if you want a crack follow that link and search for it. next you will need the .dds plugin (you can find it everywhere, use google). now use HMT3 to extract the images, edit as you please in photoshop, and save.

im skipping around here but, photoshop will tell you it has mip maps, say no when it asks if you want to see them, and when you save make sure that you select generate mip maps (so it will look the same from a distance). also while using HMT3 to extract the textures, pay attention to see if its a dxt1 or dxt2/3 and save occordingly (if its dxt2/3 then save as 3)
