Help me please!!!

Hey, I just got all the gear, halo, halo trial, halo ce, HHHT, spark edit three, 3ds max, and gmax. What do I use to edit m bloodgulch map? What do I use to be able to edit guns, and vehicals? How do I open them? I just need some info.

btw, do i need some type of plugin? the one on the main page doesnt work... bad url.
