What program do you use to make textures for vechiles?

I use Photoshop 7. Nvidia makes a good .dds plugin for it.

it is really in the download section, i looked everywhere for that plugin before finding it. Correction, I made bubbasparxxx69 loook everywhere before finding it.

You should probably edit the textures, using photoshop 7 or 8 with the .dds plugin, you can also use paintshop pro
