How to skin and model?

Ive just decided to start skinng and modeling items in halo. The problem is i dont know how to do any of that stuff. I t would be nice if you could give me a tutorial to do this and/or give me a link to a program that can do those things cause im only 13 years old

LOOK AROUND. SEARCH, SEARCH AND SEARCH(the little button at the top of the page). If i wasnt so bored out of my mind i wudnt even post.
Get Photoshop
Get the .dds plugin for it
Get HMT
Extract the bitmap
Open in Photoshop
Edit and save
Import using HMT

im only 13 and i can do all that stuff so that doesnt matter. just browse this forum and look for tutorials and shit

im 14 and i learned how to do all this stuff, some people here are 10 and 11 and they did so u can use age as an excuse

actually, u cant learn everything. i get a lot of crap when i search. and if i turn safe search off, i get a whole new type of crap. but, he can search here how to skin.... no reason to google it on this question.

I'm only 12 and I can do a lot of things so dont use your age as a excuse because we wont buy it.

Im new to modelling as well (about 2 weeks) look around these forums at the skinning and models page, look at the pictures and read the coments and any hints and tips they say...get a modelling program and start with the basics, read the tutorials and practise on easy things first.
