Custom Colt 1911 (56K beware)
Custom Colt 1911 (56K beware)
Something I'm making for fun. Just how I'd like to have a Colt 1911 made, it's not accurate to any real 1911. Just based of a referance and what I know about the gun. External is pretty much done, just ignore the cut in the slide on the right side, forgot to take it off before the render. Also, I'm making another version of this with some concept futuristic attachments. I'm not very good at futuristic stuff, though, so I could use some help. I've posted a perfect side view, it'd be cool if someone photoshopped it with some ideas. I'm going to need a red dot sight, a compensator, and a flashlight. I've already got some ideas in mind for what I want, but I'd like to get some other ideas too. Enjoy.

It's a hogue grip, very comfortable in the hand. Of course, it's just a personal preferance that you like the individual side ones, so that's fine. Also, Dagger13, what do you think I could do better on it?kenney001 wrote:wow that pretty much sucks...
Actually its quite good. But personally i dont care for the grip. i dont like how it curves around the whole front, instead of the usual 2 side panels screwed on. But Im sure that will be done in the Skin.
other than that it looks great.
Well thank you andrew. Yes, it is planned to go into a halo ce map. Also, most likely it will be released for anybody to use too. Uvw map and skin will be done soon hopefully, I'll release the uvw map as well incase anybody else would like to take a crack at it. Here's the stuff I made for my brothers map he's making, so it looks a little more futuristic. Again, plain is the style of this one. I'm going to make a flashlight too, but I dunno if it will be used cause that's getting a bit too flashy () Compensator and red dot are my own concept, obviously inspired by real existing ones. Dunno which ones, just styles I remember.

Leiukemia, every single model you make I love. Not exaggerating.
For futuristic attachments, put something there (or in that general location)*. Also, please rate my spectacular design blueprints.

actually it's a good thing you like to model 1911's leiuk. we need a ww2 model done in a few days. it should be easy, considering all the 1911 parts you have layin around on your hdd.
Dude. No. Do you even know who Katarn and Snaf are? They are some of the few 1337est modelers that have ever set foot in CE. =D

hey that's pretty good, there's only one thing on there that i don't like, the hammer looks a little funny, it seems to be just a little too blocky and wide, but otherwise the model is excellent, as are all of your models.
Your sig can't exceed 500x120 and 75kb in file size.
