Here is my Spartan Laser, I know it isn't great but I am wondering how to make it 3d, and properly uvw map it for halo2. Help will be appreciate and ill give credit.

If you don't kno how to make it 3-d your doing it completely wrong. Start from scratch following this tutorial. Watch it carefully.

did you extrude the object's faces so it is 3d?

It is 3D... He just need to know how to make the sides so they connect, etc.

just use the edge extrude function to get the sides then use mirror.

once your done with the first side, just duplicate and you'll have your gun.

can someone post a tutorial o how to do what even he did, im clueless when it comes to 3dsmax all i know is how to make the plane thing, add the gun pic, and do alt + w lol
