Looks really high-poly with all those 3D hammer and sickles... structure seems about right architecture-wise but the scene overall is rather bland. Add in more than just a building, a flat spot and some arches, but I like the idea.
If my 91/30's finished before this and you're looking for a Russian gun to add, just ask.

Too bland, add more statues of Lenin and make bigger with more snow. Also needs more dead americans, and tanks.

It looks great. Use some normal maps instead of polies for the hammer and sickles.
Does anybody know whether parallax mapping is support in H2V?

Sweet! I was hoping it was.
Try and find some resources on making good maps play-wise. Your idea is original (halo-wise), but you need game design knowledge to execute it correctly.
