how do you make maps? i have milkshape, but i dont know how to make maps and what i save them as. and how would you get things in the maps like spawn points

I think you have to use a hex editor.
Sorry I just started hexing today, so if you needed help on that, I cant help.
After, if you want to post it online get the ppf studio.
It's free. And you can make your ppf patches if you didn't know.
