Well, since SnaFuBar's high-res uzi pic is my desktop right now, and I've been seeing it all day, I decided I'd make one too. Pretty simple gun, but I always wanted to make one. So here it is. It was 721 polies I beleive.

well done. i always hated mac stocks, so i did away with it, like on other models. pretty clean, looks good. bolt handle looks like it should be a tad taller, though. flattered that you're using it as a desktop.

Hehe I've always got either mine or someone elses models as desktops. I could go either way with the stock, but since it was in my referance pic I decided to put it on. Not to mention for modelling experiance. I'll fix the bolt handle tomorrow, thanks for pointing that out. Oh, the clip. It was also a short one in the ref, and actually I like the short one better. Without the stock the longer one looks good, but with it I prefer the short clip. Thanks guys.

i'ts just a standard 20 round low-cap mag. he's got it right.

yea but i think it makes it looks awkward, i also forgot they made the 20 for the mac 10 >_>

Hmm, alright, I'll show ya it with the longer mag too. I still prefer the short one, but yeah. I've done my first uvw map ever on it, and I'm working on skinning the main block right now. Once I get a little more progress I'll show you the partially skinned one with the longer mag and fixed bolt handle.
Edit: oh yeah, forgot to say, it will go into ce. I haven't learned anything about mapping though, so it will either go into someone else's or wait a while to go into one I learn how to make myself.

and indeed it is right, just in my opinion, the low-cap mag looks awkward, def looks cooler with a 30...or maybe a high-cap mag :D

Yeah, I'll be sure to put the longer clip in on the next update. I just found out I was doing my uvw map completly wrong. I was working on a skin, but I think I'm just going to start over with a good uvw. So there probably won't be an update for awhile, I'm working on other things too.
