MA6 Pistol

While I'm still trying to figure out gmax, I thought I'd get a feel for modeling. This is my first gun, and I'm liking it.

This first picture is a blocky lined view of the gun from the fornt, with lgihting on.

This is a picture with no lines, lighting and from the other side.

Finally, a picture from the back, with no lighting.

About the gun- The magazine clips onto the back where the two circles are. It is a one ammo clip, one hit kill. Smilar to the golden gun from goldeneye.

Opinions?

Thanks for replying.

@ MaestroMan: Well, it is my first model. But I like the deisgn, although it does need refining and improving.

@ cooldude5990: Not harsh Well, by the time I realised it, I could not be asked to edit the entire thing.

@ demon_devil: Thank oyu. Yes, ti's small.. but why bother sizing it when I can't export it anyway?

Needs less flame and more constructive crits. Also, your caps key jammed or something?

Look at some real pistols and try to create something using common pistol design elements. Experiment with the tools to figure out what does what and how. Keep working at it.

Thanks for replying. I flet like making osdmehting new, different. Thats wiht the weird ammo clip, and... appleness. plus, curves aren't possible in that program. I have figured out gmax now, just need to practice.

But how do you scale everything to masterchief?

Import a scale model of MC (there should be a free one for Gmax on turbosquid and also a rigged one on yayap.com), and then select the whole of your model and use the scale tool.
