Help Teleporter Skin

How exactly to make a vech have the teleporter effect ot make a vech transparent but still a color like that great vid (gt7)
jus tell me what to swap for teleporter effect and how to make a transparent color ....photoshop?..thanks

you gotta swap the shadders around....in hmt3 go to unknown pc shaders and copy the offset for i think its scenery teleporter cone...then go into shader model and paste it to whatever vehicle you want...i think just about all the vehicles have more than one sader model ....i just swap it for everyone it has.....there are other colors ..just look in the unknow pc shaders category and mess around with them

if your trying to make it look like xbox teleporters i think someone has already done it search around on the gearbox forums
