Gmax /\ Chimp

chimp says to run the script given in GMAX and i did that but nothing happend any help?
havnt been here in a while ( u may know me as GFX Sinner

find the red hammer icon in gmax and click it, then click max script, then from the drop down menu there pick chimp (although its probly already there). and you should have all of your chimp options, i personally hate chimp with a passion, its evil but yea thats what you do to run chimp

now i get an error exporrrrting
it says " Chimp Error: There is no geometry linked to the frame
anyhelp

well.... Link your level to the frame(see kirk's video tutorial)

Make sure you linked your model to the frame, not your frame to your model

lol. the reverse linking mistake is common. I may have even done it once or twice
as for the materials, I don't know. I haven't gotten that one before. try double checking every thing material related.

i dont have any it wasnt in the gnax tut

well the materials thing is easy, if u want to make a really basic map for your frist try, just apply one material to everything and save that material as a tif file in your bitmaps folder of the map your making

A material is a Texture.
Make sure everything is textured.
