Yeah, Reactor is pretty cool. It is made by Havoc, who did the physics engine for Half-Life 2.

too bad they didn't do the physics real well in halo 2, just look at something on the ground after you kill it, like an elite, they twitch... but yeah, the havok physics engine rocks, they use it in the source engine, and it's definitely impressive. but yeah, i think reactor will pair rather well with landmines and their victims

the reason halo 2's physics suck is becuase xbox only has a 733 Mhz procesor, which is also occupied with rendering and a whole bunch of other stuff, so actualy for xbox the physics are pretty good compared to most other xbox games
