i need to get one of the 3Ds max programs and cant find them anywhere exsept for the makers site and it costs over 3000$! can anyone tell me where i can get it for eway cheaper?

Free, and pretty much the same.
Also, 3ds max (without a student license) costs $7,000, and you'll never get a student license unless you are taking college classes on game developement...

If you are looking into getting photoshop, do not get any of the numbered ones. Um.. hmm.. what was the newest one... Well, it's whatever is after 7, but it doesn't matter.
You should really get the GIMP, which is a free image editor with all sorts of options, and if not that then just use paint, you only need the special stuff if you plan on doing the really big and technical stuff.

You could try to download the installer for GMAX (NOTHING ILLEGAL) using Bit-torrent or Lime-wire

yes, im sure it was....

and usually using something like limewire leads to viruses.... even more so with programs isntead of just songs. just watch out what you download (NEVER, EVER EVER EVER download the .exe's!!!!! just download the .zip's and .rar's)

Never download the 1,024kb zip archives. If you do download any zip archives, never open htem with winzip, use winrar, for some reason the viral zips don't work with winRAR

ok i got gmax but HOW THE HELL DO I USE IT!?!?!?!? can someone plz tell me how i downloaded the tutorials and there useless so can someone simply explane how to use the thing and the new version of photoshot is photoshot CS2 and its 700$! so i found 6.0 for 90$ and i will get it but plz someone if u no how to use gmax tell me im despret here!

you can get a trial version of photoshop cs2 on there site. (i think)

and gmax does infact suck. for some reason it doesn't like me and wont let me use maxscripts so i cant do crap with it.

prbobly but my problem is i cant spend 7000$ on 3Dsmax so i haft to use Gmax and need a good simple easy to understand tut and a goodphotoshop program that i can get for cheep.
