gmax p3d file to anything that can work in 3dmax or.....

i need a program to be able to get a file from gmax to 3dmax. or a program to convert p3d to anything that can be converted again into something that 3dmax can read!?? anyone no of a program?

if u want specific.. a p3d to obj, dxf, pov, inc, raw, cob, wrl or nnf... if there is no gmax to 3ds max
