Glass Texture help

Glass Texture help

Ok, i know this is nopt a skin but i cant figure out were to put this so here is my question.

Im makign a glass texture for windows and i cant figure out were to start. Like how to even start making the texture.

go to the material editor. after you make a material, look around a bit. you should'nt have to scroll anywhere.

you should see something along the lines of "opacity" with a current value of 100. just bring that value down a bit to allow you to see through the object the material is assigned to.

for example, get a dark grey-ish color, and turn opacity to something between 30 and 60 percent, that should make a decent tinted window
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

Does that show up in-game transparent?

well i gotta glass texture. and i guess that wasnt my real question. MY question is how to make the glass Transparent or atleast translucent so i can see through it. Or does setting the opacity to around 45 make it slightly transparent?
