HMT: Problem with extraction/injection

I need to know to inject my texture into the .map file. I dont see anything for it on HMT. All there is, is batch extraction (which I had to use in order to get the textures out) and extract raw meta and inject raw meta. So basically what Im trying to say is, how do I inject it into the map file?

Also I just got HMT to work so I suck at it as of now... Anyone have any tutorials for me? Thanks

Umm look for the area in the map file with bit- or something that resmbles bitmap and clip on the drop down thing and ull see a bunch of texture options,click on one to see it and u can then extracyt it a a dds file or something
