Yes, sketchup. Its a new 3d modeling tool from google.com...
Im creating a map layout with it right now but, without further adew, I give you
Sketchup!!!
Its very easy to use, and FREE!!! Thats right, free..

It's old. They we're just recently bought out by google.

...it wasnt maya it was the whole company Alias, that was bought by Autodesk...
