Milkshape question?

Ok, first thing duz any1 even use milkshape any more? and if so how can I export my models into CE using MILKSHAPE? I turned it into an obj. in HMT i tried importing it but it was 2 big but I need a pogram er sumthin to into ce i guess right? cause tool and sapien wont work.thx
