HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I really need help with tool++( i have it since my cmd isnt working properly ) ive got my . jms file but how do i convert it to a . scenario file, please help, oh for the record i did google it ok

this is what i did, put ur command prompt into the same directory as your halo ce, like right in the root directory....after that type tool and alotta words will come uo after that type tool structure levels\your mapname mapname
dont forget to put ur map name twice and space it thats important
