Okay I am making a change to the ar model, and when I go to import my model to hmt3 the first file works, but then the second and third files dont work. It says it has to many indices, but the file says they have the same. Also the same with the fp model, is it becuase I imported the more detailed model over the less detailed ones to save time? (I did th same with the fp) btw I am using milkshape 1.6.5. thank you.

Try it again. Make sure you are selecting by vertex, extruding the selected vertices, or moving the selected vertices.

okay I figured it out (I think) the way I was doing it I was just posting one model over another, so there we be twice as many vertices/indices.

on every model there are multiple ones for how far away the person is from the model, the farther away the less verticies just to make the game run fasters, u cant model one and put it in place of all of the other ones, u have to model all of them, the fp, and all the third person ones seperatly

I ran into same problem the other day. My solution was to export a fresh model back into milkshape and start over. Also you can export and inject at diff stages to see if it's working properly. Not to mention loading the map in se3 to see the progression. Se3 will let you see the model all skinned up.
