application error help

Every time I go to export a map that seems to have hills or mountains in it or any sort of geometry in a .jms format it get this error. Application error, an error has occured and the application will now close. Do you want to attempt to save any part of the current scene?. Dose anybody have anything to add that would help my current situation. Thank you.

Whats the error say? Exactly.

It said. Application error program must shut down whould you like to attempt to save. Then there was a ok and cancel button. This was all during exporting.
