First Mapping Project

I have started on my first mapping project, and so far so good. I have only been working on my map for about 2 hours, and it is looking pretty good. This is my first large modeling project, so it is pretty dull, please don't flame.

I am calling it Stairway to Halo because it will mainly be stairways with rooms. Most of the stairways will lead off into nowhere, kind of like a maze. I may make a custom vehicle and MAYBE a weapon (or set), but I don't think so. Some help would be appreciated.

I suggest removing the smoothing groups from the stairs, you also need to make sure that the whole world is 'sealed', as I can see a few places where it isn't.

Do you have a birds eye view plan of how the level will look? Apart from that, nice for your first project.

Something like this, it will be a covie map mainly played with assualt.

I do have a few gaps, pretty clusmy of me :? , I was going too fast.

Can anyone texture the map for me when I'm done? I have no clue how to unwrap, and I don't feel like learning :( .
