character modeling in 3dsmax

does anyone know of any easy character/biped modeling tutorials for 3ds max.
adn the other issue is biped tagging in hek (i really know the tagging should belong in the hek forum, but i thought it would "kill 2 birds with one stone")

ok thanx dude... i guess
(hey other dude...[having a hard time rememberign names] if you wanna learn to do that, you should try to use editable poly insead of editable mesh, polys are stronger than mesh.)
oh and i used brazil rio rs to render the scene
