Yoyorast Island 1.5 Canceled

Yeah guys some weeks ago I decided to change the name (slightly lol)
Maybe you guys remember my last update http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/sh ... t=yoyorast ... Well, hmm I really thought it was finished... I just had to find a way/add something to prevent people at atv base from sniping those spawning at the 2 bases... so I began to work on the problem and tried several solutions (took me awhile) but, I was unhappy with the result or it was unefficient enough... Finally I found the idea of the mountain between atv base and the 2 bases... so sniping from atv base is still possible where ever you want but not onto the 2 bases anymore... at the same time I couldn't help myself to change/add tons of things and above all to push the poly number down to the maximum I could... Wow believe me I spent hours hours and hours on it! I have no more life
Anyway, all these changes, plus my custom 5 places hog http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/sh ... m+yoyorast(still in process of being textured by Lightning and "ingamed" by Biocrorc), plus the door/control panel system (will be scripted by SteelixB)... I mean the changes, improvements are so much more important than originally planned that it deserved to jump from 1.5 to V2 :homealone
The model is now finished and ready for in game process (I'll certainly have to make some retouch and corection on it once I'll have tested it ingame, but nothing that may take as much time as it has taken lastly)...
Now the bad news is that TheGhost is defanetly too busy with his life stuff and can't help anymore
Once again I want to thank him for all the time and energy he gave on putting V1 ingame and much much more stuff he did on the map :leet: Now I was a bit lost lastly, alone with my model again
... til the day Master found some very talented and passionate guy with some free time and ok to work on the map to do all the stuff I can't do myself :p (thks to Master :leet: he was the one who introduced me to theghost for V1)... Anyway, new partner is FireDragon :leet: He jus got the model yesterday... Im so pleased to have him on board, I think things are going to go faster now

Next time we'll have some ingame pics... for the moment here are some last renders (some pics might give the impression that the model is more angled, but once the texture on it, it will look like V1)
