Is there any way right now to extract Model data?

Was wonderin if anyone has found a way to extract actual models from the game(MC,warthog,ghost,etc.) ? Would ben sweet to manipulate these as well, and maybe have a chance at creating own vehicles to possible import.

You are going to have to wait until the Gearbox editing tools come out (if not out at this time).
Usually they give you one or two vehicles to mess around with for editing purposes, but I'm not Gearbox.
