I can't remember a PhotoShop feature! Maby you can help.

OK I haven't used PS in ages and remembered using a feature that would replace certain colors with others. So that you could change a green to like a red.
I need this because most of the bitm's that I edit are not one solid color. They have a shaded effect.
Any help would be great.
