I need help skining my ghost and spectre

When i skin the ghost and spectre and put in on my xbox thay look the same, can anyone help me

delete the stuff in the X, Y, Z and cache folders.

ok this is my first skin job so wher can you find the x,y,z stuff. i mean what tag folder. and what is a cache folder

when you ftp the x, y, and z folders come up. Delete everything in them. As for the cache folder its located in the E folder. Delete everything in the Cache folder.

NOTE* dont delete the folders just the contents.

did you internalize the bitmp?

if you skinned it on the actual map not the shared one you have to internalize it so it loads it from the map instead of the shared. did i explain that right people? im new to skinning myself, but thats what i had to do.

o i was wondering what kind of memory in held in the x,y,z and cache folder

thanks for showing me the program. but i have two questions, 1 do you skin the multie player map of the shard map. 2 one you have the bitmap selected do you use the proper or the no proper and what map do you select the mainmenu, shared, or singe_shared.? o can u see the skin if your soft mod is off. i am modding contanment.
