how can i make snow look right?

i wondering how i can make snow look like it is on B40 u know shiny and stuff...cause i'm making a snow level
You need to make a weather_particle_effect.
I don't know if it comes with the HEK, but see if there's a snow weather_particle_effect tag in the tags\levels\b40 folder.
