HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

This may be old news, but Xzzy on the Gearbox Forums found a way to do renders with gMax...not that renders matter have anything to do with Halo Modding, but for those who have always wanted to, you can now do it without $700+ software.

What is "Render"?

A render is a...*remebers noob*...a real pretty picture, with lighting effects and stuff.

whats a remeber?

thats cool that u got a renderer in gmax, its obviously slow from how long those renders take but still for what it is thats cool, im sure figuring out how to do animation vids in it wont be too fun, but oh well, if u just learnin to model no need to animate just yet.
