Changing the number of vertices/ indices?

I don't know if this has been posted already, but is there any way to change the number of vertices/ indices a model wants? Could this be done with hex editing or is it not possible yet? I don't think its possible, but just checking....

It's possible with Hex Editing, or so says Angst. Deadly Shadow made a duplication tutorial, you can most liekly import any new model with that. It's in the Halo PC Modding Forum, called the Dupilcation Tutorial. And yes we talk about it all the time.

well tahts what we thought but really u cant so dont get ur hopes up me and deadly are workin on it a bit but not even close as of now.
