Woohoo!!
I figured out the problem. The imported uvw are divided into 4 quadrants and are offset incorrectly, relative to Max coordinates. I simply rotated the quadrants to the right places and every lined up perfectly.
download the Master Chief UVW files!!!

[old]Thanks to the recent tutorial, I have gotten much closer to a fully skinned 3d model of Master Chief(and other models) but there are imperfections in the imported uvw... at least on my computer. The eh... groin... area and top of the helmet, and back of boots for example.
Now, I could be a good little boy and fix this myself... but what can I say... I'm lazy, so if anyone has some repaired *.uvw files we can load up onto our models, that would be great. I'll keep working mending this myself, and if I get it to a good state, I'll release a uvw.
Anyway... the MC is my concern right now, but I'll look at other models later.[/old]
