How do you edit the sparkedit.ini file and set it to bitmaps.map file location?
open the .ini and paste this over the existing last string of text
BITMAPFILE="C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\MAPS\bitmaps.map"
that should work if you installed it in the default folder
