Is that a box modeling tutorial? (I can't be bothered with downloading it) Because teaching people to box model is useless. It's the worst way to model.

Box modeling is not the worst way to model, I know a few people who could make kickass models with box modeling. Some people might even say spline modeling is for noobs but hey sonictag proves all those people wrong with his splined models. Really though there is no best way to model anything it really depends on the creaters style.

It all depends on what you like and what you are good at...None of the diffrent ways to model are bad...You just don't like it...Thats all that it depends on.

Yea...Here is my second model I made it by using your tut. As you can see they are almost the same gun. except, mine looks like the biggest pistol ever...like a friggin elephant gun! BTW this is not a render so don't tell me how bad it is. (Gmax has no renderer)

you know you can save your renders by pressing the disk in the top left corner and save as .jpg <<< (that parts important or it wont save it) but it looks pretty good just needs some work, is it a first?

well i got the gun that i showed you in the tut and put it ingame and ill do a tutorial maybe tonight or tomarrow:
