help with inporting model

ok i messed around with the shape of the assualt rifile and exported it off 3dsm now when i try to inject it into halo 1 for the pc it gets a exception any one no what i am doing wrong

Can you put in edited models in Halo PC? Maybe you can I just havn't seen it before..

You can you just can't import models from scratch.

you need to extract models from halo pc and edit them, I suggest downloading Halo Ce so you can put in models that made from scratch
