I need help on how to skin my injected AR model! Please!

I just injected a FP Assault Rifle from Halo PC into waterworks following the tutorial, and I am now trying to skin in, in which I am having no luck whatsoever. Could someone please tell me how to skin it, because it stays with the battle rifle skin, even though I change it! Would someone give me a link somewhere to help me or tell me here? Thanks alot,

OK, I dunno why, but now the texture IS there, but it is WAY out of whack, you can barely tell it's a new texture at all! I extracted it straight from halo PC also. Is there something I need to do to align it?
