What do i do once i can access xbins on smartftp, im so lost

Once I can get to the xbox folder in xbins from mIRC, what do I do. Ive heard on like this DvD to xbox thing, and I searched arouind the net and all I've found out is what to do to make an account with mIRC. And thats where I am right now. All I want to do is put games on my xbox and like cool stuff. Please help.
